Patient MediQuest—Privacy Policy

Use. Patient MediQuest recognizes the importance of protecting and safeguarding the privacy and security of personal information that comes into its control and is committed to meeting its obligations under applicable privacy laws including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. We do depend on users to update or correct information whenever necessary and you have the right to access your information on request and on reasonable notice.

If Patient MediQuest goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred.
